We are excited to share that we are teaming up with local farms in our area to bring even more quality meat products to our customers!

We’re proud to be bringing in hogs from Roesch’s Farm of Ada, MN and beef from Erickson’s Farm of Fertile, MN. Supporting local farms and bringing locally raised products from the farm to your table is something we are incredibly excited about! ❤️

WE PASSED OUR USDA INSPECTION!✅🇺🇸

We can’t thank you all enough for your patience and support as we’ve worked to get our slaughter side up and running! We’re excited to finally start taking in beef and hogs and get things rolling. 🐄🐖

We’ll be starting out slowly as we get into a routine and work toward being fully up and running.

From the beginning of when we started in just a concrete building, to our first addition (the retail store front), now onto our second expansion (the processing side). We couldn’t have done it without our employees, every customer that walks through our doors, the recommendations, and everything else in between!
