We all know and love our honey suckle down here in the south, but did you know not only is the flower (yellow) edible it also has some great healthy benefits, like digestive health and anti-inflammatory properties. The (blue) borage flowers are also anti-inflammatory! Grab you some and make your salad pack work double duty for you!
