Hidden Creek's began when I discovered there are too many ingredients in our food these days, and wanted to feed my family better quality food. My spreads and breads cut out the junk and feed the hungry soul with goodness!

Late to post, but early to deliver! This morning we dropped off the week's stock of fresh Banana bread a whole day early due to an appointment out of town today.

Also, Nadine made a fresh batch of her Depression cakes!

Take a quick walk through the garden with me this morning!

And let me encourage you to keep growing! This sort of growth doesn't happen overnight or in the first year. It takes time, experimenting, studying, and learning! I've been gardening for 15 years, starting from a cucumber plant in a bucket, and now having this amazing garden that still needs improvement!

I've had good years of abundance, and I've had bad years of everything dying. But you gotta keep on trying and take the good in with the bad. Every year is a lesson towards the growth of your garden. And every garden will be different.

Thank you, Lord, for the abundance You have provided us this year already 🙌

Good Tuesday to everyone!

Today we've brought some more new goodies!
Peach BBQ Sauce and Pear Sauce(like applesauce)! The BBQ sauce is so good, it would work great with chicken!

And of course, Zucchini bread has been restocked, as well as the Breakfast Carrot muffins!

It's nice and sunny out, and the perfect day to visit Smith Family Produce where you can find all of our creations!

I know some of y'all have been waiting for this one!

Mango Habanero Jam is back! And this time, I've made more than 2 jars!

It's heat is enough to make you think you're about to catch fire, but then that sweetness comes in and says "Woah, that's not what we're about!"

It gives Chinese food vibes, for sure!

We've also brought back Wild Violet Jelly! A spring time favorite that gives hints of grape flavor. Foraged right behind our garden where we use no pesticides!

And lastly, we have Cantaloupe Jam coming! Like the Watermelon jelly, this resembles eating a jolly rancher candy. So if you like sweet, this one's for you!

I've added some pics of our Strawberry Lemonade concentrate and Canteloupe syrup we forgot to get last week.

And 3 other new items! Cantaloupe Syrup(great on pancakes), Strawberry Lemonade concentrate(mix 1 parts to 3 parts water), and Pickled Watermelon Rinds!
