Our meat cases feature Angus beef and lamb from our own farm off Rt 3 in Culpeper, as well as various fresh and smoked sausages made in the store. Natural chicken, local milk from the Moo-Thru in Remington, breads, beer/wine, local and international cheeses, local honey and pastured eggs, and various other specialty products fill our shelves. Whole and halves of beef are available to order, cut to your specifications.

After five years of business, we're sorry to say that May 20th will be our last day. It has been a complete pleasure serving you, and we appreciate all of your support over the years. We consider ourselves very lucky to have such an amazing group of customers, and we'll miss each and every one of you!

As closing approaches we will be having some sales to empty out the shop. Everything must go, so come take advantage to clear it all out! We're also happy to help stock you up with beef, pork, chicken, sausages, wine/beer, or anything else you're used to finding at the Market. Please place your orders sooner rather than later to ensure we can accomodate as many requests as possible. We'll also still be selling bulk beef- quarters/halves/wholes- after closing.
