4/6/2025 is our last cook of the season. Sap is still flowing good with another 150 gallons today (we have sap over flowing tank in front of woods). It's been a fun season! Many upgrades coming in 2025 including a sugar shack and upgrading our RO. The 2024 upgrades to our woods was a game changer. Take care and see you all next season.

It was a busy weekend of cooking and now this week started out good. Our little vacuum system is tight and pulling amazing vacuum through 3/4" mainlines. Tanks overflowed yesterday due to these perfect temperatures we've been having. I thank God for the perfect temps! Dad is at the house today cooking on the dayshift to catch up.

We are cooking north of Cumberland. Started the RO last night and fired up the stove at 11a. 125 gallons left to go.

New sap transfer for 2025. This will save many trips with the wheeler and be safer for the family. It transfers sap up the hill through 500 feet of 3/4" tubing and into a tank by the shed. This will be a game changer on the years with lots of snow. Flow rate is 6 GPM!
