I’ve taught hundreds of people how to process rabbits. It’s very close to my heart to help those be able to feed themselves.
I’ve taught all kinds of people, the happy, the nervous, the scared, the excited, the sad. There have been tears, giggles, remorse, pride and so much more.
There’s always those the really step up and impress me. This young lady Beth Bradford Corcoran absolutely makes the top ten list of those that stepped up and wanted the experience. She never hesitated, just did what had to be done. With her beautiful family in tow we dispatched and processed their Californian buck who came from my barn. He unfortunately damaged his teeth and after consulting a vet they decided the best thing for him would be his final purpose of feeding their family.
So proud of you girl! You are truly a legend in the making.
