🚨We have a winner for the Guess the Weight challenge! Maryanne Zazeski came into the shop yesterday around 2, got some insider information from her trip in and used her additional guess to win the challenge. Lunch is calling and it wants to go to Osterman's Artisan Sausage that currently has a smoked salmon bagel and sliders de Lengua on special.

Need something to burn on the grill this afternoon before the rain comes in? We got that too. Ribeye dry aged, Kansas City strip hanger, stakes, Berkshire, pork chops, and artisan sausage.

Want to do something on the flat iron skillet while all that grilling come grab some crabcakes we have about 6 dozen oysters left as well so if you want some swing in or call.

Here are a few clues to help narrow it down:

✅ Your guess must be to the hundredth of a pound (example: 5.89 lbs)
✅ You must make your guess on the original post on our main page
✅ You must follow our page to be eligible to win
✅ One guess per person unless you come into the shop where you can get an additional guess

🔎 New Clues:
• The weight is between 17 and 21 pounds
• The hundredths place is an even number

Need some lunch? Do you have arrived. Swing into Osterman's Artisan Sausage for a smoked salmon bagel, crab cake sandy, oysters Bienville, Boss Tom, Bada Bing, meatball sub, or any of our other delicious options. We do make a fantastic salad too if you want something light but filling.

If you need some stuff for the weekend we have “Schoodic point” oysters from Maine around the Acadia National Park area, Meatz by Linz premium ribeye, hanger steaks, 45 day dry aged KC strips, Berkshire pork chops, hot n cheezy sausage, Bavarian bratwurst, Timmy Tortz, Jagerwurst, Calabrian sausage, “Double Trouble” sausage (Ghost & reaper pepper), and mild Italian sausage.

We also have a number of cured meats and a wide selection of goats cheese if you’re making charcuterie boards for the weekend. Dont forget to guess the weight of the ribeye for your chance to win a cut to order 1” Meatz by Linz premium ribeye.

Tired of eating the same old thing for lunch? Swing into Osterman's Artisan Sausage for a life changing sandwich or salad. We do both well!

If you’re looking for something to throw on the grill, we have petite tenders, hanger steaks, Linz premium ribeye, 45 day dry age Kansas City strips, Jagerwurst, Bavarian bratwurst, hot and cheesy spicy sausage, French Toulouse, and Timmy Tortz.

If you’re looking for an easy dinner this evening, grab a couple crabcakes or some of our mild Italian meatballs, some of our six hour tomato sauce, and one of our Italian pastas.

We just got in some fresh oysters from Prince Edward Island “fire lake” and another batch of the “Schoodic Points” from Maine. They sold out last week so give us a call to reserve yours today.

It’s lunch time and Osterman's Artisan Sausage shop has exactly what you need. The smoked salmon bagel is back in rotation and we also have a few orders of oysters Bienville available so call in or swing on by.

We just linked up some French Toulouse, Bavarian bratwurst, Timmy Tortz, Hot n Cheezy, jagerwurst and rolled some mild Italian meatballs.

Need a steak for dinner? We have ribeye, dry aged KC strip, hanger and petite tenders. Dont forget the Berkshire chops, hickory smoked bacon or any of the new cured meats we now carry like guanciale. If you want to make it a surf n turf night, grab some crab cakes, gulf shrimp, “wellfleet”oysters from cape cod or our house smoked salmon.
