Good afternoon to everyone, hope you had a safe and fun holiday weekend, for all you asking for ham salad last week, we have it freshly made and available for the week, we made 20 pounds so first come first serve for the week, we are also dry aging some more meats in our dry aged cooler for all our dry aged steak lovers and hope to be ready by beginning of August or little after, if your looking for any fresh cut meats or just trying to stock your freezer with burger, sausage, chops etc , come see us, we are nestled in behind Valley Steel across from the old Homestead School in Dailey , and are open Wednesday -Friday 9-5 and Saturday from 9-noon or give us a shout at 304-338-6911. We except credit cards, debit cards , cash, check and even EBT cards(food stamps)!!! Have a wonderful and safe week!!!!

Hello everyone , just reminding you all that we are open Wednesday -Friday 9-5 this week and we will be closed Saturday, July 4th for the holiday , if you all are going out camping for the week or having a cookout don’t forget to hit us up for some freshly cut steaks or fresh burger, if your looking for some sliced cheese to munch on we are your stop. Good morning to everyone, we just made a fresh batch of our beef tallow this week if anyone is looking for some for cooking or making lotions, lip balms, etc and also we have KOBE beef again, we have 2 different kinds , we have Kobe ribeyes and Kobe filets for any of you wanting to try it or have already had it and want some more. And don’t forget we are here for all ur beef and hog needs, if you just want a steak or burger for an evening meal just stop in and we can get it for you, we offer different cuts of beef and fresh 80/20 burger daily, as well as a select variety of cheeses or some lunch meats as well. Good afternoon , Memorial Day is coming up this weekend and a lot of people are having cookouts and going camping, don’t forget if you need some fresh steaks cut to holler at us or you are looking for some fresh burger come see us, we also have our famous ham salad still available and a wide variety of cheeses to pick from and some lunch meats if looking for something to munch on or lunch. And as well we have our smoked pork loins that everyone loves, we have it already sliced or u can get a whole loin and do what u want with it.
