Anterior margin involving the cecum and ascending colon: No evidence of infiltrating malignant neoplasm.
Margin involving Gerota’s fascia and the right kidney: No evidence of infiltrating malignant neoplasm.
Margin involving the psoas muscle, common iliac artery and vein, right external iliac artery and vein, and right ureter: No evidence of infiltrating malignant neoplasm.
It is reported that the entire tumor was removed en bloc with the capsule intact and that the tumor occupied the right anterior pararenal space.

A crazy two months, but now I can say 100 percent. I am cancer free. Yes, it could reoccur, but CT of chest, abdominal,and pelvis every 3 months to catch anything early. I have a lot of dreams to finish. Thank you God!
