🌿 Lemon Basil - This variety of basil has a strong lemon aroma. Can be used in cooking or as a tea.
🌿 Cinnamon Basil - This variety of basil has subtle cinnamon/spice undertones. Interchangeable with sweet basil in cooking.

● Herbs are $5 for 4 oz
Single 8 oz jar of Lemon Basil is available for $10.

What are garlic scapes? 🌱
Garlic scapes are curly green flower stalks that grow from the tops of nearly mature garlic plants. They are 100% edible with a more mild garlic flavor with hints of onion and scallion flavors.

Copper is working hard to get spring planting done. 🌱

Broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbages have been in for weeks. Garlic is thriving from last fall's planting. Green beans, 3 varieties of dry beans, and over 300 potatoes are in the ground. Three varieties of cucumbers are planted. Multiple squash varieties are going in this week along with corn and tomatoes.
