The stand is weekend ready! We're picking corn, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, onions, squash, zucchini, and cucumbers, and digging some awesome red spuds too. While we have an antique potato digger that can help with the process, there's also some fun in hand digging!

Field tomatoes are starting to ripen up, including the romas. Larger quantities of canning tomatoes and romas will be available by request.

Does anyone know where July went? This summer is flying by! We're picking sweet corn daily along with tomatoes, peppers, squash, zucchini, and cucumbers. We are also starting to hand dig our potaotes- mostly red and yellow as the Russet and fingerlings need some more time.

We know everyone is hungry for more corn and it does sell out fast- we try to have the stand stocked by 10:30. Everything could use rain right now, especially the corn and pumpkins. We can irrigate the small veggies but the sweet corn and pumpkins rely on summer rain to grow. Our fingers are crossed for some nice showers this week to push the next plantings along!

UPDATE: Corn is sold out for today! We'll have more picked tomorrow morning

Sweet corn is out! There is going to be a limited supply from the first planting; mother nature likes to fight us on the early corn. Fingers crossed for a little rain to keep the next plantings growing good!

We're also starting to see tomatoes blush in the greenhouse, peppers are ripening in the field, and the successive plantings of yellow squash and zucchini coming online for a continuous supply of the summer staples.
