When the weather is heats up reach for cooling foods like cucumber and melon! These foods are high in water content and really save the day when temperatures are on the rise! Keep it simple and slice and drizzle with a little lime or lemon and a dash of sea salt. Or get fancy, dust off the blender and add cucumber, watermelon, lime and a dash of salt. Blend and you've got yourself a refreshing juice!

Before heading to market, take inventory of your produce. If it is a little soft or wilted, don't worry, there is still life in it yet!
🍅Transform your tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers into a cooling gazpacho or fresh salsa!
🍓Simmer fruit into a fresh compote and drizzle over a scoop of ice cream.
🍉Freeze watermelon in triangles and shred in a fine grater for a healthy spin on shaved ice.
🍓Make smoothies and freeze in popsicle molds.
