We've brewed a new batch of an old favorite just in time for the holidays...

TIM TAM (4.6% ABV) is back! Our award-winning sour is brewed with Tim Tammen’s aronia berries and sweetened with 70 lbs of our honey and honey from Big Grove Apiaries. We brewed this batch using more fruit than ever before, but we left out the berry skins, resulting in less tannin extraction and a lighter color. It's redder this time - even more perfect for Christmas.

Bold, tart brews brighten these cold, dark winter months. And if you've been a little overindulgent this holiday season, a low-alcohol offering with vitamins and antioxidants shouldn't inspire too much more guilt...
