I want to catch up on sharing updates about the planting season. As of last week, we finished planting almost 30 acres of potatoes and have also planted 8 acres of oats to serve as animal feed. Our plans for this week include planting around 40-45 acres each of corn and soybeans, crops that will feed our animals all year round. Adam has his high tunnel planted full of tomatoes. This week he will be planting the rest of his produce in the garden.
