It's my birthday weekend!!! So guess what I'm making!! Pepperpot!! I used the green seasoning to seasoned the meat overnight. This morning I add some cassareep and let sit for about four hours. Now it's in the crackpot cooking. Check these products and more at:

It is a nice hot day for some sorrel drink. Enjoy this nice refreshing drink while reaping some great health benefits.
How I made mine:
1 pack of dried sorrel (about 4.5 oz) wash well.
Grated ginger (about 4 oz don't add too much or it will overtake the sorrel taste)
Clove (10 pieces), cinnamon, vanilla essence and sugar to taste.
Bring about 1 gallon of water to a boil, remove from heat, add sorrel ginger, sugar, clove and cinnamon. Cover and let brew for 4 to 6 hours. Strain, add additional water and sugar if it's too strong. Add ice and enjoy.

I would like to feature these two products from my store today. Lemongrass or fevergass is known for it’s aid in flu like symptoms and that pesky little bug that has been hanging around for the pass two years. I remember using this as a child. One day I caught the flu and was very happy that I was sick because I get to stay home from school. After using it I was back to normal and ready for school the next day… I had to pretend I was still sick the next day to get a day off from school lol.
I also add some grated ginger to the water.
