We Deer season just around the corner and many processing plants book till next year on live stock we are looking to start reservations for deer seasons and wanting feed back if any have heard on other plants we will be stationary this year..

It's that time of year again, I wish everyone the best of luck and please be safe. Don't forget safety harnesses, hunter orange and some hand warmers. I will be available but will also be out braving the cold. I plan on being in the shop by noon but will have my phone that I can be reached at any time, if I don't answer I will text you immediately. Here is some thought on how much meat you will get back. The only thing that is not factor in. Is Shot placement and shot damage and waste from a bad fiend dressing. Also If u shot deer more than once. So make good shot placements. I personally like just a little behind shoulder there is some very good steaks and roast in the shoulders.
