Happy Saturday! We wanted to take a moment to express our deep appreciation and gratitude to our wonderful customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding while being on a waitlist for chicken. The beauty of our operation is that not only do we raise it, we invest the time to do everything by hand, our process is humane, it tedious, and we do it every single week to bring our community a product we are proud of. They’re back!!!

Farmers market kick off Dry Branch style. Everyone’s favorite marinated filet and chicken kabobs are making their spring debut, along with a gorgeous fresh cut, 21 day aged PRIME BEEF, and since you all have been stocking up fast, we made sure to cut another to keep the case full for the weekend grillers.

🍗 Fresh chicken will be stocked Saturday morning.

What a beautiful week ahead! ☀️

We have a delightful new creation from Chef Shana this week. A delicious Cottage Pie Gnocchi. So think our regular shepherds pie with a red wine Demi glaze, and the spin is a potato gnocchi dumplings instead of mashed potatoes, then it’s all covered with fresh shaved Parmesan. Yum!!
Of course we had to throw some fan favorites in the case as well.
