Brunkow Cheese, Wisconsin specialty and artisanal cheesemakers since 1899, are located in the rolling hills of rural Darlington, in the heart of the Driftless Region of Southwest Wisconsin. We make over fifty varieties of cheese, all by hand in small batches, and can be found in specialty and gourmet grocers across the country, as well as at local cheeseshops and farmers markets in and around Madison and Chicago.

We love to support other local businesses, and one that we sell in our store is Bushel & Peck's Local Market. They have so many good options we really struggle with which items to try out.
The Cherry Lavendar Jam is great to dip Cheese Curds in or put on the Brun-uusto.
Their Red Sauce in perfect on our Pizza Crusts and then topped with a little more of your favorite cheese, meat and veggies.
We then have all the fixins for your Saturday/Sunday morning Bloody Mary's! We have the mix, Dilly Beans, Dill Pickle Spears, Pickled Mushrooms, Gleason Cattle Company & Meats Beef Sticks and of course cheese! Cheddar or String Cheese are always perfect, and if you want to add a little more kick to your Bloody Mary, just add a little Cherry Bomb! Other great cheese pairing options are Tomato Basil Jack, Mushroom & Onion Jack, Horseradish Cheddar, or Garlic Cheddar.
