The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area. Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate. This beautifully furnished single storey home is ideal for your Florida vacation! The villa itself is is well equipped with the first two bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms and the other three bedrooms sharing another bathroom. The living accommodation is open-plan with a games room and patio doors onto the lanai leading to a 30' private heated pool with its own spa. All bed, bathroom and pool linens are provided as is a digital safe, the only additional cost is pool heat if required. For rainy days or to keep the guests busy we provide a games console and 40 games including something for everyone, even microphone controllers.
