We offer both fresh and frozen seafood items in our retail store. We also do a lot of wholesale business with many restaurants in the Quad Cities as well as the surrounding areas. Stop in and see what we have to offer!

It’s a delicious fish that tastes similar to a mild trout. The flakes are delicate yet firm, and the meat has a slightly sweet and buttery flavor. It is versatile, so it can be pan-seared, grilled, or baked/roasted.
Pair Arctic Char with dill, parsley, thyme, and tarragon or go simple with salt, pepper, and lemon.
