I have made an update to the s’mores mini cakes. I know I usually add graham crackers on top however, I am now topping them with a graham cracker butter cream.

Also, I’m so excited for this double chocolate bread. This one is so fun to make!!

I came up with this recipe and a few years ago and the best part of it is you can always adjust it. Today I didn’t use tomatoes. I did use wild spinach because I didn’t have any spinach instead of a shallot. I used a regular onion and I almost always add sausage. Also, if I don’t feel like getting my skillet, dirty casserole dish works!
