The Locker is in need of some fresh meat!!! We are looking to hire for a couple spots. First would be a full time spot for a butcher. Duties would be everything from slaughter to sausage making. The other position would be more meat packaging, taking orders and helping customers. Could be up to 30-40 hrs a week . Any interest call the locker or stop in!! 563-677-2342 ask for Justin!! Thanks

Some more exciting news at the meat locker!!! We have over the past month or so worked to get 24 new recipes approved for production!! All brat flavors are in stock currently and by the weekend should have all the new smoked sausages ready as well. Stop in and try some new flavors!

We have a new smokehouse!! Sausages are the same recipes but the color and smoke flavor has been turning out awesome!!! We are stocked up and ready to sell!! Also we have immediate openings for beef and hogs for custom slaughter. Smoked a few sausages today and decided to do a sample Saturday. Gonna cut up and grill a few samples for anyone interested tomorrow from 8-12. Wieners, bologna, mettwurst, beef sticks and summer sausage. Coffee will be hot too!!

!!!!We’re Hiring!!!!

Our locker expansion is near completion and we are looking for someone full time to join our team!!! Job duties will involve every aspect of our operation. From the beginning with slaughter to the end of packaging along with making smoked sausages. Anybody interested can call the locker or message on here. Thanks!

While trick-or-treating in Charlotte tonight stop at the fire station the locker is providing hotdogs and the firemen have candy for everyone!!

Got a 1/2 beef that we are cutting tomorrow that was inspected and still for sale. $3.25 a pound off the hanging weight cut how you like! Also our inspected beef list is caught up again and we will be slaughtering 1 on Wednesday and 1 a week after that if more people are interested. Locally raised beef and the meat you get is all from the same animal!!
