The wait is over — the Decatur Farmers Market kicks off its 2026 season today from 4 PM – 7 PM at the southeast corner of 1st Street and Monroe Street in Decatur!

The wait is almost over! The Decatur Farmers Market kicks off its 2026 season this Thursday from 4 PM – 7 PM at the southeast corner of 1st Street and Monroe Street in downtown Decatur. The market will run every Thursday through October 8, bringing fresh flavors and local creativity to the heart of our community.

Come shop a great selection of fresh produce, homemade baked goods, handcrafted items, and unique finds from local vendors. It’s the perfect way to spend a summer evening downtown—grab dinner, enjoy the atmosphere, and support local growers and makers.

You’ll find pumpkins, fresh vegetables, fruits, baked goods (like cookies, cupcakes, and angel food cake), homemade jams in flavors such as peach, strawberry, and blueberry, plus BBQ sauces and handmade crafts from local vendors.

Don’t miss our final door prize giveaways! 🎟️ Every purchase you make from a vendor earns you a ticket and a chance to win gift certificates and goodies.
