How to Cook a Delicious T-Bone Steak

1. Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30–45 minutes.
2. Pat it dry and season generously with salt, pepper and garlic.
3. Heat your grill or cast-iron skillet until it’s good and hot.
4. Cook for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
5. Add butter, garlic and fresh rosemary during the final minute for extra flavor.
6. Cook to your preferred temperature:
Medium-rare: 130–135°F
Medium: 140–145°F
7. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing so all those delicious juices stay inside!

I’m Eadie, also known as RanchMomma. My family and I own and operate a small country store in Deer Lodge, Montana.
