Hi, I’m Liz, the florist and flower farmer behind The Flower House!

I’ve been designing florals since 2019, creating everything from weddings and funerals to everyday “just because” arrangements. What started as a love for flowers grew into something much bigger.

I began this journey because I wanted to share the beauty of my farm with others. This past year was a tough one, and it pushed me to finally take the leap. It felt like now or never. So! Here I am, turning what I love into my full-time calling!

I get a lot of people asking if they can freeze sourdough. YES!!! 100x yes! They freeze beautifully and most people would never know it's been frozen.

If you want a crispier crust you can even run a thawed uncut loaf of sourdough under water quickly, throw it on a cookie sheet and put it into the oven at 350° for 10-15 minutes.

Although I wouldn't recommend leaving it in your freezer for 6 months, I found this long lost gem last night and enjoyed some toast this morning just to see. I was pleasantly surprised by a great taste and enjoyed my breakfast immensely!
