Fresh brats, cheddar brats, seasoned hamburger (4th of July hamburger), and much more will be available Tuesday through Thursday. We will be closed Friday on the 4th. Open Saturday 8am-4pm

Fresh brats and seasoned hamburger will be made for weekends for the remainder of the summer, and daily during the first week of July. We are closed on the 4th.

We are introducing a limited edition house made bratwurst this weekend! They are on a first come first serve basis, so hurry before they're gone!

Our Holiday hours will remain regular hours, besides December 24th, we will close at 1pm. New years eve will not effect normal business hours. If you have venison scraps for custom processing we ask that you hold onto it until January. Happy Holidays!

An update for the 2022 deer season, we will not be taking in whole deer for processing. However, we will still process trimming for hamburger, sausage, sticks etc. For more details and pricing please call 763-972-2261
