✅ Friday is the ONLY day we guarantee our fresh yeast donuts.
✅ Ordering online is the only way to guarantee you’ll get the flavors you want.
✅ We always make extra donuts for our friends who didn’t preorder, but with the record-breaking demand we’ve seen over the past month, they don’t last long!
✅ We offer lots of specialty donuts every Friday, too!

⏰ If you’re planning to shop in-store on Friday, we recommend arriving after 9:00–9:30 a.m. This gives us enough time to cool the donuts and complete all preorder pickups before opening the remaining selection to walk-in customers.

The smell of fresh yeast donuts, trays filled with colorful creations, warm cinnamon rolls, fresh-baked scones, giant cookie sandwiches… this is what Saturday mornings are all about.

Yesterday, you all kept us hopping from the moment we opened until the doors closed. And based on this morning, we have a feeling today is going to be even crazier!

Our team has been baking long before sunrise to fill the cases, but as many of you know, our raised yeast donuts and specialty treats don’t like to stick around for long.

First, THANK YOU! ❤️ We are truly humbled by the overwhelming response to our post asking where you'd love to see our gluten-free yeast donuts next. Reading your comments has been both exciting and emotional. It reminds us why we do what we do.

One thing became crystal clear... there is an incredible need for dedicated gluten-free bakeries across the country.

As many of you know, we recently announced that we'll be partnering with another dedicated gluten-free bakery to bring our yeast donuts to an area that has been asking for them. We couldn't be more excited!

We also want to answer some of the questions we've been receiving:

📍 If you're in Ohio... don't worry! We have no plans to expand or close our Ohio location. This will continue to be the home of our bakery, and we're excited to keep serving our local community for years to come. NO OHIO LOCATIONS WILL BE ADDED AT THIS TIME.

🍩 We're not franchising or wholesaling our donuts. We simply don't have the production capacity. Between keeping our bakery stocked and filling our freezers with the hundreds of products we make each week, we're already working hard to meet the demand at our own store, and it's only GROWING!!

🌾 We will only partner with dedicated gluten-free bakeries. Protecting the Celiac community has always been our top priority, so we will never provide our yeast donut mix to facilities that use wheat or wheat starch.

🤝 Our partnership is exactly that—a partnership. We'll provide our yeast donut mix, training, and support to help them create these amazing donuts. However, each bakery remains independently owned and operated, and they will continue to make their own business decisions. Because of that, we are not endorsing or guaranteeing another bakery's day-to-day operations.

Our mission has always been simple:

If we can help more dedicated gluten-free bakeries bring that experience to their communities while staying true to our standards, then that's a win for the entire gluten-free community.
