What began as a simple idea at one little roadside farmstand has grown into a nationwide celebration of the farmers, growers, bakers, makers, and families who bring farmstands to life in communities across America.
Today, we celebrate the people behind the tables, honor-system boxes, roadside stands, front porches, barns, and pickup beds—the hardworking small-business owners who offer so much more than fresh food and handmade goods. They create connection, preserve traditions, strengthen local economies, and remind us where our food comes from.
Celebrate with us by visiting a farmstand, purchasing something locally grown or homemade, sharing your favorite stand, and thanking the person behind it.
Every stop makes a difference. Every purchase supports a dream. And every farmstand helps build a stronger community.
