Spring flowers, flower cheeses! Alp Blossom has landed! We’re breaking open this lovely wheel for you this Friday morning and will be putting it on boards and sending home wedges all weekend.

Alp Blossom is a raw milk Alpine cheese covered in edible herbs and flowers that the cattle graze on, including cornflowers, rose petals, lavender and chervil.

Mother’s Day is coming up! Skip the brunch scene, crowds, etc and get her a cheeseboard she can relax with. We’re taking orders right now at tenonecheese.com and we’ll have the boards available for pick up on Saturday any time after noon. This board does not include wine but we’ll be happy to recommend a bottle to go with it (this board will pair with reds.) Please remember to pick up on Saturday because we are closed on Sundays.
