You know him, you love him! Sherm is back, and he’s got $20 and a mission to create a meal centered around butter melon from Minoru Farm (me•no•Rue)

Let’s do a shop and cook —>

We looooove Sadie and FullStop.bakery! Like many bakeries, it started as a passion project in her house. But those classic words “I’d buy this off the shelf” led Sadie to leave her grad school program and start baking crackers full time.

FULL STOP. Slow down, y’all! Her process is slow, and the encouragement is to slow down and enjoy food the right way. Because it’s so much better than speeding through life, consuming instead of enjoying.

Thanks for the interview, Sadie! We love having you.

Happy Friday yall! We’ll see you tomorrow for market day - make sure to check out Green Giraffe Bar for all your smoothie needs at market, and say hello to TJ!

They’ve been at the market since 2022, with their big green giraffe trailer, keeping us cool and feeling good all season long.

Star Acres Flower Farm started with a little patch of yarrow and cosmos that gave four generations of family a place to gather. Each year it’s grown into something more meaningful and more beautiful for their family and for the markets that they serve.

Come meet the crew behind the blooms in our visit to their Arvada farm!

See you tomorrow, Denver!

Fall is here, so come hang and get your seasonal groceries. So good, so fresh, so real.

And hey - do some yoga? Community yoga starts at 9am. It’s donation based, for all levels, and makes ya feel good. Meet under the shade trees just North of the market.

Ema and Frank are just the best. Ema Gutierrez is family owned and operated - they make the kind of salsa you want to keep stocked in your cabinet and fridge for weekly snacking and cooking. Fresh, delicious, locally sourced, and made with lots of grandparent love - what more could you want from a market product?

We saw Potager Restaurant shopping at the market on Saturday and asked if we could shadow them for a bit. They truly embody what it means to roll with the seasons, constantly creating menus that don’t just highlight farms but are built from the offerings of local farms. We love seeing chef’s around the market - those are the places you want to go!
