Cake Mix Cookies

This is the easiest cookie recipe you can make, it can be any flavor you choose and it is easier than a bucket of cookie dough.

1 cake mix (Any flavor, devils food, carrot cake, vanilla, anything you like!)
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/4 water

Place all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag, mix until all is combined and it pulls away from the bag. Cover a cookie sheet with non-stick foil. Cut a 1 inch hole in the corner of the bag. Squeeze out onto foil 1 inch at a time, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for about 7 min.

Meatballs

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasonings

In a gallon freezer bag mix all ingredients. Cut 1 inch corner of bag and squeeze out 1 inch at a time to form balls onto a non-stick foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min. Add to favorite sauce and serve over noodles or spaghetti.
Yield: 6 servings
Prep time: 10 min.
Cook time: 25 min.
