SATURDAY (Today) August 29th visit Holy Smokes BBQ located Downtown at 101 Mahlon Street!
🔥 SATURDAY… WE’RE GOING BACK TO OUR ROOTS. 🔥
Y’all have been asking.
“Where’s the brisket?”
“Y’all got pork today?”
“When are the potatoes coming back?”
“PLEASE tell me you’ve got that JUMBO-LAYA.” 😂
Well… Saturday we’re done making y’all choose.
WE’RE BRINGING EVERYTHING. 👏🔥
When Holy Smokes first started, the whole idea was simple: make GOOD food, serve people well, and feed more than just an appetite.
So this Saturday on Mahlon St., we’re going back to that.

🥘 MAMA LINDA’S CAJUN JUMBO-LAYA — because y’all made it VERY clear this one isn’t going anywhere
HOLY SMOKES IS BRINGING THE WHOLE DANG KITCHEN. 😂🔥
And I’m telling y’all now because when it’s gone…
IT. 👏 IS. 👏 GONE. 👏
We’re a small operation. We cook fresh. We smoke our meats for HOURS. And every time somebody shares one of our posts, tags a friend, tells somebody about us, or pulls up hungry — you’re helping build this thing right alongside us.
And we don’t take that lightly.
Saturday feels a little different.
It feels like we’re going back to where Holy Smokes is at its best:
Good smoke.
Good food.
Good people.
And hopefully an opportunity to brighten somebody’s day while we’re at it. 🙏🔥
