Frank and Louis Graziano, founders, were born in San Morello, a small Italian village. oud to offer the best fresh Italian sausage developed from the flavors Frank & Louis savored from their home country. No preservatives are added to our meats and they are sold both link, bulk, and in patty forms. We import many of our meats & cheeses from Italy. Some of our most popular items include: Coppicola, Impt. Prosciutto, Asiago, Provolone, Parmesan, Fontinella, Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Mozzarella, and Ricotta. Before too long, gardens will start to fill up with fresh basil and tomatoes, which means it's the perfect time to grab some mozzarella and treat yourself to Mozzarella Insalata. You can find this recipe on page 36 in the Grazi's Cookbook. One of our favorite ways to elevate this even further is with a drizzle of pesto.

We love showcasing our incredible local partners each week, and this week we’re excited to shine the spotlight on East Side Eddie’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill!

Tucked away on the East side of Des Moines, you'll find East Side Eddie's Neighborhood Bar and Grill. Owned by Melissa and Ed Pagliai, East Side Eddie's is known for their friendly service and wide-ranging menu. In addition to daily specials, they offer cheeseburgers, wraps, and sandwiches, as well as pizza made with Graziano Bros. Italian Sausage, and even breakfast on Sundays. East Side Eddie's laid-back atmosphere makes it the perfect place to stop in for a quick meal or gather with your friends to catch a game.
