🐖 What You’ll Do
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
Feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of swine and dairy cows
Assisting with milking procedures and maintaining milking equipment
Cleaning barns and managing bedding
Operating basic farm machinery
Recording production and animal care data
Supporting herd health practices
💰 Compensation
• Starting pay: $20.50 per hour (varies by position and experience)
• Performance bonuses and pay increases available as skills grow
