Chicos produce stand will be permanently closed and we will be selling the property…
We were super excited for the opportunity to carry on the businesses name and the long standing reputation that Chico has built.. But unfortunately, we have received an overwhelming amount of criticism over not being family to the Orlando’s.. our objective was to run the stand to the best of our ability with help from Chico as needed. We did not intend to upset anyone nor do we plan on moving forward in a family business where we are not wanted.. to those of you who choose to support us and give us a shot, we greatly appreciate all of you! We encourage everyone to make the drive to Richard’s produce in Festus or one of the many other locations owned by the Orlando family for all of your fresh produce needs! Thank you all!
