Edamame, harvested and ready to go. Grab yours at Eastern Market this Saturday shed 3. Grown using organic methods and non GMO. Which means they have a healthier nutritional profile than what you're used to buying in the store. Not using agrochemicals (pesticides) on our produce allows the plants themselves to create phytochemicals which help them naturally fight off pests and diseases, these are in turn passed on to us when we consume them.
