What a beautiful weekend. ☀️🌅

Between the sunshine, the warm weather, and those incredible sunsets, it was great to see so many people enjoying time with friends and family on the patio. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made it such a special few days. ❤️

What is a cantarito? 🍹
Think citrus on citrus on citrus: lime, grapefruit, orange… all coming together with tequila and just the right touch of sweetness.

It’s refreshing, not too sweet, and made to be enjoyed sip by sip.

Served in a traditional clay cup that keeps it cold (and yes… adds a little extra character to the flavor 😉).

There’s something deeply special about slow-cooked dishes. The first time I made our Enmoladas de Pato, the kitchen felt full of nostalgia.

Both the mole and the duck carnitas take hours to prepare, filling the space with comforting and familiar aromas. The plating lasts only a moment compared to all the care, patience, and work behind it.

If you haven’t tried them yet, I truly recommend them, especially for a date night or a special evening. And if you’d like to pair them with a drink, try sipping a little Xicala Mezcal alongside them. Slowly, of course. 😉
