We're open today (Saturday) and tomorrow (Sunday) at our new location in Detroit! Cinnamon rolls will be ready around 11 a.m. and all of the breads are cooling and waiting for good homes! Stock up for the holidays — we'll be closed next weekend!

Hey everyone, if you're looking for something to do with leftover turkey, Jeremiah was featured in a Detroit News article, with a recipe to help refashion turkey into a delicious bolognese (pasta meat sauce). If you're not into bolognese, he also included a quick recipe for turkey stock and for those crumbly bread crumbs that go with everything! Thanks, Robin, for a great story!

*Also, before we get hopes up, we are not really back in business in the traditional sense, but Jeremiah has been doing occasional bakes that are available at Comet Coffee on Saturdays and at Eastern Market at Hampshire Farms, also on Saturdays - although NOT this Saturday.
