So the use of the old City Hall property is not practical according to Detroits Engineers according to what council member Denny Nielsen says.
And now there are more restrictions as also according to him DEQ has now changed its permitting authority, limiting the opportunity for property development that produces high strength waste, definition of high strength waste simplified is any activity that generates more sugars, starches,or fats in the waste stream. Examples are bakeries, coffee shops, fried food kitchens, and most other food prep operations. This also comes from the council men.
So my question now is what kind of businesses do these council people want to come into this town?
How much more are people going to allow them to tie business owners hands?
Do they really want what is best for Detroit??
What happened to doing what best and helping the businesses?
Where did all the money go to bring back the infrastructure I mean hard infrastructure consists of physical systems required for business to operate such as water, sanitation, power, communication.
( this to me does not mean build an outrageous city hall that costs to much to maintain)
Then you have the soft which is things like education ( won’t see this again), government ( well they put themselves first above all in my opinion), emergency services ( thank the good Lord above they don’t have control over them, and God bless each one of them) health services( probably not going to see)
Then it critical the minimal services needed food, water, heat, shelter.
Keep in mind this is my page and my opinions you don’t like what I think go some place else.
