If you have struggled with losing weight trying my meal preps! It all starts with you!! All you have to do is grab a meal and stick it in the microwave!! Some do not even require microwaving just grab and eat!!

If you need help with motivation and exercise and being held accountable I can help with that too. Just send me a pm!!

Here is this weeks menu!! I will need all orders in my Thursday and delivery will be at DHG Saturday evening or Sunday morning. I can deliver to Bluff Sunday afternoon. I have to leave out Sunday afternoon for a work trip and will be out until Wednesday. Sorry for any inconvenience

The very first and most important thing you can do for your health is to drink water. Like a lot a lot of water! 💦

Drinking water flushes your system of toxins, therefore can reduce brain fog, aid in digestion, and help with energy. When you remove sodas or other sugary drinks and replace them with water, you stop bogging down your system and start fueling it with minerals!

If you are exhausted and feel sluggish you don’t need more caffeine you actually just need some good ole H2O!!!

Ok here is this weeks menu. I have added 3 new items and kept the Chicken Salad and the CBR. You can switch sides on anything that is a side with any other meal if you would like!!!

Orders need placed by Friday at 10am, with it being Easter this Sunday I will not be taking any orders past Friday. The sooner the better if you can get your order placed with it being a busy grocery weekend!!!
