Freedom for J Beef: being able to grow what you eat, serve it to family and friends and watch fireworks over the very farm it grew from!

No matter how you celebrate your freedom today, from a boat, a back yard BBQ or working or simply relaxing.

Either way thank God, thank a soldier and thank a farmer! Because we have life, protection, freedom and food & beverages to celebrate this day.

We might be sold out of burger right now but we have plenty of fresh pork sausage (pre sliced!!)

And retail cuts of pork and beef - lot of roast

Make easy summer meals with the crockpot!
Or try a roast on the smoker!

Even have a brisket or two left!

Happy first day of summer and the longest day of the year! The Summer Solstice which will officially begin today at 4:51 PM, will mark the time when the sun will reach its highest and northernmost points in the sky. Here in Kentucky we will get to enjoy 14 hours 49 minutes and 30 seconds of sunlight today. 🌞

Coffee and cows

Reflection this morning : this cow may look like just an ol’ cow to most, but to this farm and family she speaks volumes to the words below.

Don’t give up on the weak, and even when you are weak yourself, your strength can be found in prayer ❤️ you may need to doctor them, love them so much you hand feed them, but mostly you need to pray for them and yourself for strength to keep helping them through their most trying times because the best might still be left to come!

Here is a small update- please share!

Up coming :July 1 should have two storage units open

By the start of school we plan to have our rental house up for rent.. we are hoping to find college students that have horses. 🐎
-House is 3 bedroom 2 bath and basically has 2 living rooms or an extra large dining room.

We will have 2 hogs going off next week so stop by and get your fresh sausage and retail cuts of pork

Latigo is booking breedings - $500 stud fee

We have beef available now!!
