Currently, due to the pandemic, I am no longer in business but hope to be soon. A little about me:
When I took my first visit to Italy in 2005, I had never tasted gelato that was so flavorful and fresh. When I came back home I couldn't find anything close to the gelato I had tasted. With the tutelage of Chef Giovanni Gaudio I began my 16 year self-taught journey to perfecting the authentic taste o

f Italian gelato. This has cultivated to opening my own business and selling my creations. So now with the pandemic I am redirecting my ambitions, creating new recipes and saving up for a store front for families to enjoy.
