Zach from Thermotech is our new best friend! He got our exhaust system back up and running (in less than desirable weather)! Immediately after he turned it on, our bakery team had donuts on the donut fryer and shortcakes in the convection oven! Woohoo!

When your exhaust motor breaks, you can’t use your gas convection oven until it’s fixed. But we have a festival on Saturday! Baking is a necessity! So once again, my fabulous friend Julie, from Flinchbaugh’s Orchard, saves the day by loaning us a portable electric oven. And also a shout out to Thermotech for working hard to get our exhaust system back up and running! Saturday is going to be a great day!
