While out running errands with my mom a little while ago, I was saddened to learn our local natural health store is going out of business. This is really sad news on many levels; especially in light of the fact a Taco Bell and Dunkin Donuts is coming to the area.

I'm grateful TMEN Naturals provided healthier options for my family, my parent's local community, and for me and Ize when we visited PA.

I pray the owners and their familiy will be doubly blessed for doing the right thing in honoring humanity and will never lose the spark in promoting health and wellness.

Non Dairy Fudge Pops

1 pack Tofu
1 C. favorite Non Dairy Milk (heated up)
1 C. Non dairy Choc. Chips

Blend all together and pour into freeze pop molds. Extra can be kept in refrigerator for Chocolate Mousse.....yum!

What a busy day here at Tmen Market. What didn't we get in...Banana, honeydew, strawberries, Broccoli, ginger, bag oranges , Mixed sweet pepper, Baby greens, Zucchini, cucumbers, Garnet yams, Eggs , Chicken breast, cheeses, Avocado hummus ,seaweed snacks, Ice Cream ,coconut water , aloe water...plus much.... much more to mention.
We just received our Raw milk and Goats Milk.
