This Saturday is National BBQ Day. Our shredded pork goes with your favorite BBQ sauce whether it's spicy or mild. You can make it into sandwiches with cool coleslaw, add bacon, or put it in a taco. We like a sundae with a dollop of mashed potatoes, sprinkled with shredded cheese, and topped with a cherry tomato. Pre-order and escape to the Rochester Farmers Markets to hang out with fabulous farmers, friends, and pick up your 2 # bag of our shredded pork.

Thank you everyone for your articulate comments. So.....this is why I am asking. We are rebranding. We've used this red and black label for a decade and now have some new products that we want to introduce and expand upon. To keep all of our products cohesive, we've hired a designer to change our label. One last question, which palette do you think would look better on a meat product? The calmer, earth tones or the energetic 'price is right' colors?
