So many changes coming this summer!

Reminder: summer hours start MONDAY!! However, Claire and I have curated a new Latte and Lotus menu that will come out June 4th ☄️

We're working our way up to adding more kitchen hours and food items throughout the day! We will keep you updated. ☺️

M-F Breakfast will be served from 6am - 10am, be sure to stop in and keep Jason, Lauren, and Amelie company! But if you're in a hurry... spoiler alert we will FINALLY be adding mobile ordering... 🤳

Vanilla (and chocolate when the machine is fixed) custard will be available all week long with special flavors and dairy free options available on the weekends!

Mayra is taking a vacation almost all of June and half of July, so our kitchen will be adjusting while she's gone (don't worry she's leaving us with her salsa recipe & there's take home salsa available in the market right now!) Tell her how much she is loved before she leaves, but also bear with us while she's gone 🫠

We've got the Love Lee County tour coming up the weekend of the 12th-13th! We have some super tasty and special treats happening that weekend, stay tuned for that update!

Minca is working on some outdoor and market events throughout the summer and we are excited to share them with you when they're finalized!!

We have new faces, and we look forward to serving you as always! Be sure to pet our little orange shop cat, Simon. He's been making an appearance everyday, so I think we have to claim him (outdoor cat only) 😅

And before you know it, we'll be into July. 🇺🇸

Raspberry sorbet, lemon custard, and vanilla custard, oh my!

Tomorrow: bacon breakfast sandwiches
Friday: pesto, mozzarella, salami, Turkey, ham, panini with side salad or chips
Saturday: sweet potato chorizo bowls and cinnamon rolls
Sunday: savory and cinnamon rolls

Monday hours change and we have some fun new menu items coming!

Go to Hinterland Dairy and get yourself some dill pickle curds ASAP!! 🫶😋

Dill Pickle Cheese Curds 🥒

We’ve made a small batch of Dill Pickle cheese curds for our DP fans and they taste like summer. Available at the farm store only, while supplies last. 🏃‍♂️

Our on-farm store is nestled into the pasture where our yearling heifers are currently grazing. It’s filled with our cheese and ice cream, as well as so many amazing local parings. Come on out!

You're choice of bacon or sausage tucked between a layer of melted American cheese and brushed with a house made maple butter between two golden made from scratch mini pancakes... $7 for 2

Not super healthy but super delicious 😅

We've got pineapple sorbet and vanilla custard on the machines this weekend!! 🍍🍦

Friday we're grilling buffalo chicken and adding it on top of homemade Mac and cheese plus you get a little side salad! 🍗🧀🥗 Starts at 11, ends at 2! Fresh and affordable? 🤷‍♀️ That's what I'm here for 😊

🥗Chicken bacon ranch grab-and-go salads available tomorrow (9 with chicken and bacon / 5 just veggies )
🥒Cucumber carrot and homemade ranch snack packs available tomorrow (add a bag of Hinterland cheese curds anyone??)
🍍Pineapple sorbet and vanilla custard on the ice cream machines starting Thursday and available through Sunday
🍗Grilled buffalo chicken and mac and cheese with a small side salad Friday for lunch 🫠
🥞Saturday is our bacon or sausage on homemade pancake sliders from 8am to 11am
