Say hello to Baker’s Hatt this Sunday at Manila Mart! 💜

Founded in 2020 during the pandemic, Baker’s Hatt is the passion project of Barbara Hattrich, a self-taught cottage baker who loves bringing Filipino flavors to life through baked treats.

Inspired by the food and flavors she grew up with, Barbara creates desserts that feel both nostalgic and exciting. Combining familiar Filipino favorites with baked goods you may not usually find back home.

It’s her very first time popping up at Manila Mart, and we’re so excited to have her!
