Any of my Facebook friends raise Rainbow or Sasso meat birds? I'm looking for something with more flavor, better fat but also don't want to keep them for more than 12-18 weeks. Bonus if I can find a close hatchery! Would need 100 chicks but 2 separate batches.

Snow! Yep, cold weather is here making indoor play a given with kids. We play outside plenty but frozen fingers set in quickly with 2 and 3 year olds! Here is an easy recipe for playdough to keep them busy! It would be fun to make holiday colors and add peppermint or orange oil.

🐔 Fresh farm raised chicken!
We will be processing our last batch of grass/local grained fed chickens this weekend! I have about 10 left if anyone is interested in purchasing whole freezer birds. $3.50/pound.
