When do you smoke your cheese? At 230 in the morning. It's nice and cool no sun to heat up the smoker.

Everyone I am starting my FB business page to sell my smoked cheese. I offer many varieties of smoked cheese. If you want to know if I have a variety please ask. I am constantly finding new varieties to smoke. All cheeses are smoked 4hrs with Apple wood then vacuumed sealed. If you are interested in purchasing some cheese you can contact me here. At this time the price is $8 per pound. Payment either cash or Cashapp. And if I don't have it already in stock I can usually have it in a week.
