Long time no-see! It's been an incredibly busy summer on the farm. Once the pumpkin patch and corn maze were planted it was on to the task of getting a few hundred acres of horse hay made (still working on that one...). Now it's time to shift gears and start thinking about fall on the farm, the first sign of which is summer's last big bang, the 180th . We're all set up and ready to see you this week! Stay tuned for more highlights!

Today we will be at in Wappingers Falls and tomorrow at the Poughkeepsie location. Taste our fresh maple raspberry lemonade!

While the season is over and taps are pulled the trees just don't want to give up. We're out in the sugarbush cutting wood for next year. Last night's freeze and today's warm temps have the sap running like crazy, but the trees are beginning to bud so the sap is no longer usable, as it produces a less than desirable flavor in the syrup.

Finishing up a 10 hour boil today. The sap has been running great the last couple of days, and the week to come looks promising. All signs point to boiling for this coming Saturday and Sunday!

On to the next busy season! The snow makes for slow going in the woods but it sure is pretty. Maple season 2026 is here!

This weekend marks the final opening of the farm store for the year. Beautiful Christmas trees are still available, along with festive cookie decorating kits perfect for holiday fun. Custom gift baskets are also offered, ideal for last-minute gifts and seasonal surprises. Stop by to celebrate the season and stock up before the year ends.
